Once your ambassador application is approved, you get a unique referral code. Share it with the teams you bring in — there's a field for it on the payment step of registration, so every team that enters it counts toward your tier automatically.
Every team you bring to register counts toward your tier, regardless of size — a solo Competitive Speed Programming entry counts the same as a full 5-person Pitchfest or Build with AI team.
